\(x^{1/x}\) ist nicht das gleiche wie \((e^{x\ln(x)})^{1/x}\)!
\(x^{1/x} = e^{\ln\left(x^{\frac{1}{x}}\right)}\)
Du könntest z.B. mit der Ableitungsregel \(\left [f(x)^{g(x)} \right ]'=f(x)^{g(x)} \cdot \left [\ln(f(x)) \cdot g(x) \right ]'\) rechnen.

Du meinst aber bestimmt \(e^{1/x\cdot /ln (x)}\) und nicht \(x^{1/x\cdot /ln (x)}\). ─ maccheroni_konstante 29.07.2019 um 18:16
